Despite appalling weather, around 50 people turned out on Sunday 13 May to shoot the 20 target field course organized by Doverdale Bowmen.  Although the weather did not let up, some particularly interesting scores were made.
When returning after shooting the course, a welcoming cup of tea and coffee was supplied along with hot dogs, burgers and pasta. The team of 2 in the BBQ tent were kept busy and also Pauline looking after the tea and coffee.
At the end of the day, everyone enjoyed themselves and are waiting to hear when Doverdale Bowmen are holding their next one which hopefully will be a good sunny day !
